We will issue a refund the same day after completing the above steps.

After successful pickup, we will immediately send you an acknowledgment and ask you for details like account number and ifsc . You will have to reply to the same mail with the details we have asked for.

If a product is meeting the above-mentioned condition, please Contact Us along with the photograph of the product. We will respond within 6 hours. If eligible, we will arrange a return pickup from your doorstep within 24 hours.

This item is eligible for a full refund, within 5 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a badly damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with an outer box or case, accessories, CDs, user manual, warranty cards, scratch cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement or refund.

If you are from north India it will take 2-3 days. If you are outside of north India it will take 4-5 days to deliver your order.
